I cannot find a network connection. What do I do?

Make sure your mobile device is connected to the LOCAL network (not just the 3G network) where your Blu-ray’s Web 2.0 profile is connected. Mobile-Blu™ cannot use the 3G network available on mobile devices to communicate with your Blu-ray player.

My mobile device does not detect my Blu-ray player.

Click the CONNECT icon on your Blu-ray Special Features screen. Then click RETRY on the Help screen in the Mobile-Blu™ app. Make sure you have a Mobile-Blu™ enabled Blu-ray disc in your player. NOTE: The ideal time to launch the Mobile-Blu™ application on your mobile device is when the menu loading icon disappears.

My mobile device is not connecting to my Blu-ray player.

How do I delete content from my Content To Go™?

Launch the Content To Go™ section of the Mobile-Blu™ application and select the edit button in the upper right hand corner. This will enable the option to delete content next to each of the content pieces you have transferred to your mobile device. Simply click on the trash can icon next to the content you wish to delete and the content will be removed from your mobile device. You do not need to be connected to a Mobile-Blu™ enabled Blu-ray disc to delete content. The "Continue Offline" button on the connection screen will take you directly to the Content to Go™ you currently have on your mobile device.

How do I know if my Blu-ray disc is Mobile-Blu™ enabled?

Look for the Mobile-Blu™ logo on the Blu-ray disc packaging. Currently Star Trek The Original Series: Season 2 and Star Trek The Original Series: Season 3 are available.

What mobile devices currently support Mobile-Blu™?

Mobile-Blu™ is available for the iPhone & iPod touch running V3.0 & V3.1 of the operating system software. In the near future there will be support for BlackBerry® and Google Android™ mobile devices.
